The starting situation
Jobs were run on a shared spreadsheet and the phone. Three people entered the same information, and invoices came out of the spreadsheet.
What was delivered
The software that turns an enquiry into invoiced work. A three-step case wizard, five user profiles each with their own rights, installer scheduling on a calendar, PDF quotes and invoices, a personal-data processing register, and a record of who changed what. The spreadsheet is gone.
